Senior People Operations Manager - Gupta Media

Gupta Media was founded 20 years ago on the idea that advertising could create huge leverage in our client's business. Our early work was focused on the entertainment industry, specifically live events and recorded music. We have dramatically grown our work with big brands and sports brands. We have a global client base with a growing local roster across B2B and B2C brands across campaign, content and branding assignments.

Campaign Management

• Plan, build and optimize campaigns across digital platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads and Reddit.
• Reporting – familiar with platforms like Google Analytics and able to create custom data models in Excel / Google.
• Multi-task across multiple platforms and projects.

Compensation

At Gupta Media, base salary is one component of our total compensation and benefits package. For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $70,000 - $85,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan, which is based on the company's performance.
