Position Summary
RTFNetwork is seeking an energetic, mission-driven, and detail-oriented Service and Outreach Coordinator to serve as a vital link between the organization, clients, and the community. This full-time, in-person position is based in Baltimore, Maryland, and plays a key role in strengthening community partnerships, promoting RTFNetworks programs, and ensuring individuals are connected with the behavioral health services they need.

Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, schools, hospitals, primary care providers, and faith-based institutions to promote RTFNetworks services.
- Plan, organize, and participate in community outreach events, wellness fairs, and educational workshops to increase awareness of behavioral health resources.
- Conduct community presentations and represent RTFNetwork at events, meetings, and collaborations throughout Baltimore City and surrounding counties.
- Identify new outreach opportunities to strengthen RTFNetworks presence in the community.
Service Coordination & Referral Management
Serve as the first point of contact for community referrals, ensuring individuals are connected promptly to the appropriate RTFNetwork service (OMHC, PRP, Supported Employment, or SUD).Collaborate closely with the clinical, administrative, and case management teams to ensure smooth transitions and client engagement.Maintain accurate records of outreach contacts, referral activity, and client follow-ups.Prepare monthly outreach summaries and reports for leadership review.Marketing & Communication Support
Assist in creating and distributing promotional and educational materials such as flyers, newsletters, and community resource guides.Support social media and marketing efforts to increase public awareness of RTFNetworks services and mission.Collect and share community feedback to inform engagement and quality improvement strategies.Data, Reporting, and Quality Improvement
Track key metrics related to outreach activities, community partnerships, and referral outcomes.Contribute to performance improvement initiatives by identifying trends and opportunities for enhanced community impact.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall mission, operations, and success of RTFNetwork.Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Public Health, or a related field; or a high school diploma with at least two years of behavioral health or outreach experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach, behavioral health coordination, or client engagement preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Excellent organizational, presentation, and follow-up skills.Familiarity with Marylands behavioral health systems and local community resources preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience using electronic health record systems such as TheraNest is a plus.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required for travel to community sites and partner agencies.
