Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Communicate directly with the Mobile Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.#IND25

Qualifications for Automotive Service Technician - Ford Mobile
Previous experience at an automotive dealershipFord Certified PreferredReliable, Responsible and Self MotivatedStrong understanding of the service driveDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationMechanical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent customer service skillsBasic computer competenciesPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordWilling to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
