Role Description
This is a full-time Workers' Compensation Attorney role at Northland Injury Law in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you're in complete charge of your caseload! You will have a caseload of work comp claims and will handle them from beginning to end, largely as you see fit guided by KPIs.

A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri and Kansas.
Demonstrated experience in handling Missouri and Kansas workers' compensation cases (minimum 3 years experience) with significant exposure to claim evaluation, settlement discussions and hearings. Are you ready to hit the ground running?
Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
