Travel Acute Care RN - $2,398 per week

Protouch Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Peoria, Illinois. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Beds : 54 beds (2 semi private). Nurse : Patient Ratios : Day shift 1 : 4-5, Nights 1 : 5-6. Required certifications : BLS, NIHSS Experience or 'Must have' skills : Must have level 1 trauma experience, must have previous travel experience (no first time travelers), must have prior experience working on a dedicated neuro unit RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, Bipap, High Flow, etc.) . Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday are considered the weekend both shifts. Holiday Requirement : Every other. Floating Requirements : Float in rotation with rest of staff. General unit traveler floats to general unit floor - takes full team. If floated outside of general unit, in case of urgent need, would only do skills competent to do & be assigned with a nurse trained for that particular unit.
