To operate the Evaporator, Dryer and or Pasteurizer in a manner to maximize through put, and maintain quality
\n\n\n\n\n

Duties and Responsibilities :
\n\n\n\n\n \n
- Pulling fluid inventory every night.
\n
Pasteurize all cream to the butter room\n
CIP Processing / Evaporator\n
CIP lines\n
Good house keeping\n
Maintain accurate and orderly production logs.\n
Notify supervisor or lead of any problems that might come up.\n
Operating the Evaporator, Dryer and or Pasteurizer\n
Pulling samples for lab.\n
Perform required functions within SAP program.\n
Adhere to all DFA Quality and Food Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity\n
Adhere to all DFA Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity\n
Adhere to all DFA GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity\n
Making adjustment to the Evap. and Dryer to maximize the run time.\n
Perform other duties as assigned.\n \n\n\n\n
Required Minimum Qualifications :
\n Education and Experience \n\n\n\n\n
\n \n
Powder Bagging and Receiving experience\n \n\n\n\n\n
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
\n\n\n\n\n \n
Basic math skills.\n
Good knowledge of the processing area and the butter room\n \n\n\n\n\n
