As ReBet continues to scale rapidly in the gaming and technology space, we're committed to strong legal governance and proactive compliance with complex regulatory environments. To support this vision, we are seeking a highly capable, hands-on Corporate Counsel to strengthen

our legal function, partner with business leaders, and ensure our contracts, corporate transactions, and governance practices align with both industry and regulatory standards.

As Corporate Counsel , you will play a critical role in managing the company's commercial agreements, corporate governance, and strategic transactions. You'll work closely with teams across the business—including corporate development, finance, operations, and compliance—on a wide range of legal issues, from day-to-day contract support to high-impact initiatives like M&A. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience, including several years at a top law firm and experience in-house at a corporate legal department. We're looking for someone who combines excellent legal training with practical business judgment, and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in gaming or highly regulated industries is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including vendor, technology, sponsorship, and strategic partnership agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance matters, supporting the Board and executive leadership with entity management, policy development, and compliance.
• Support MA, joint ventures, financings, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and integration.
• Provide clear, business-oriented legal guidance to cross-functional teams, balancing risk and opportunity.
• Assist with regulatory and compliance matters, particularly in the gaming industry.
• Coordinate with outside counsel as needed while serving as a trusted in-house legal partner.
• Monitor and advise on relevant legislative, regulatory, and industry developments.
