Process Training Specialist

11 : 00 pm to 7 : 30 am Sun-Thurs Base shift, must be flexible to work on other shifts.

About the Role

• Train new and current associate-level employees on processes within the Distribution Center
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned area(s) regarding SOPs for Quality, Safety, and Security
• Support Operations through SOP training, on-the-job training, auditing, and orientation
• Collaborate with the Operations Training Specialist to align with overall training strategy
