About the Role

We are seeking a driven and dynamicAccount Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closewhile building trusted relationships with hospitals, health systems, and clinical decision-makers. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to Sentacts growth by delivering solutions that improve patient experience, elevate quality, and support compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying, developing, and closing sales with healthcare provider organizations
  • Own the full sales cycle : prospecting, discovery, solution presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate the value of Sentacts platform, emphasizing ROI, operational efficiency, and improved patient outcomes
  • Partner with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Marketing to execute strategic account plans
  • Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Represent Sentact at industry events, webinars, and trade shows to expand brand presence and build new relationships
  • Stay current on healthcare market trends, evolving client needs, and the competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 35 years of B2B SaaS sales experience; healthcare or enterprise technology background strongly preferred
  • Proven record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or healthcare providers is a strong plus
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, curious, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a team-first mindset
  • Be willing and able to travel to client sites (all U.S.-based) approximately 2 times per Month, which may vary based on business needs
