As an HVAC Installation Technician , you'll be responsible for installing, assembling, and commissioning heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in construction settings. Safety, quality, and customer satisfaction will always guide your work.

What you will do
Install, assemble, and commission HVAC systems, including flex ductwork, flex piping, and wiring.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.Test, calibrate, and verify systems for proper functionality, efficiency, and code compliance.Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to meet project deadlines.Ensure all work meets company standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.Provide clear communication and exceptional service to customers regarding system operation.Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in safe, efficient condition.Complete required installation reports and service documentation accurately.What you will bring
High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC technical / vocational training preferred).Certifications (EPA, NATE, HVAC Excellence) are a plus, but NOT required.2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial).Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (tight spaces, rooftops, indoors / outdoors).Skills & Competencies
