A company is looking for a Quality Coordinator - Clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Implements and monitors quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements
Coordinates patient outreach efforts and optimizes provider schedules for preventive care
Conducts audits and facilitates training to enhance staff competency in quality care initiatives
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
2-4 years of experience in quality improvement, population health, or clinical operations required
Experience with payer quality programs and regulatory reporting preferred
Licensure as a Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN preferred
