Order Processing Specialist

As the Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring timely entry, and maintaining precise records.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal departments to provide exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Order Entry and Verification : Receive, review, and accurately enter customer orders into Salesforce.
• Verify order details, quantities, pricing, customer specifics, and resolve any discrepancies before processing.
• Ensure all necessary documentation, such as purchase orders, quotes, etc. are complete and accurate.
• Process monthly renewals, and ensure contracts are updated accordingly.
