ABOUT THE ROLE :
The Facilities Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our physical workspace. Focused on behind-the-scenes operations, this role manages shipping and receiving, tracks incoming and outgoing deliveries, and ensures supplies and equipment are properly inventoried and stored. They perform light maintenance tasks including furniture assembly, equipment troubleshooting, and hanging signage, contributing to a safe, functional, and well-organized environment.
While this role may occasionally support front-end calendar management and meeting logistics, the primary focus is on the operational and logistical needs that keep our facility running efficiently. This individual takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and supports both internal teams and visiting clients by maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and high-performing workspace.

The compensation for this job in most US geographic locations is $30.00 per hour.

We are a Washington State-based company. All employees must reside in Washington (unless otherwise noted for specific roles) and be able to access one of our studio locations in the greater Seattle area.
