Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, providing insights to enhance productivity
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and provide actionable insights
Develop and deliver continuous training programs tailored to the field sales team's needs
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, Learning & Development, or Program Management
Proven success supporting or working with Sales leadership
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN)
Proficiency with CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Gong)
