Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting production by ensuring all equipment, tools, and systems operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be experienced in general maintenance, mold installation, and light fabrication work.

We currently have openings on 2nd and 3rd shift (Monday through Friday) , with the flexibility to work Saturdays as needed based on production demands.

Key Responsibilities :

Follow all work instructions, company policies, and safety guidelines consistently

Operate and maintain shop equipment such as welders, torches, saws, and drill presses

Support and understand plant systems, including machining centers, presses, air compressors, and mold installations

Perform press programming and adjustments as needed

Conduct predictive and preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment

Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other powered industrial vehicles

Perform general building maintenance and facility repairs

Apply basic electrical and robotics knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 6 months of relevant maintenance experience preferred

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift and occasional weekends

Comfortable working at heights or on top of equipment

Physical Requirements :

Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects 50 lbs or more

Ability to climb ladders and work in various indoor and outdoor environments

Use of hand tools, electric tools, and air-powered tools

Must have good vision and hearing to perform job duties safely

Work Environment :

Exposure to loud noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures

Must adhere to all company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE

Preferred but Not Required :

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
