CNC Manufacturing Engineer - Worcester, MA

Overview

Are you a hands-on engineer with experience in metals manufacturing? Are you proficient with Mastercam? My client is a full-service metal fabrication shop in the Worcester, MA area. They are seeking a CNC Manufacturing Engineer with Mastercam programming expertise to join their team. Operating out of a modern facility, the company delivers a full range of service-providing customers with a true one-stop solution for custom steel and stainless fabrications.

The main responsibilities for the CNC Manufacturing Engineer include, but are not limited to :

• Program CNC machines using Mastercam, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD
• Review and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications to generate accurate machining instructions
• Partner with machinists and fabricators to streamline operations and ensure successful production runs
• Perform inspections of finished components using precision measuring equipment to validate compliance with specifications
• Assist with machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
