job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupervise and perform inspections for compliance with contracts, regulatory codes, and policies Conduct site visits to collect data and evaluate progress on projects Provide technical interpretation and explanation of information to various stakeholders Participate in the processing of permits and ensure compliance Develop, maintain, and update project databases and prepare reports Associate's degree in a related Engineering discipline AND three (3) years of related inspection work experience Valid Texas Driver's License Successful completion of a criminal background check for CJIS clearance Knowledge of federal, state, local, and county laws, regulations, and engineering principles Ability to interpret maps, specifications, and regulatory codes Experience with computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills Proven ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
