Step into our Rancho Cucamonga facility and you’ll feel the hum of high-precision work. From mirror-finish buffing to multi-axis CNC milling and meticulous soldered assemblies, every action here supports flight-critical components. You’ll collaborate with teammates who prize accuracy, safety, and a clean, organized workspace.
Open roles and compensationBuffers (Hone & Grind Operator) — $20–25 hourly (1st shift)
- Refine and polish aerospace parts to exact surface specs using buffing, honing, and grinding methods.
- Verify results against stringent aerospace quality criteria.
- Keep your station spotless and follow safety standards at all times.
CNC Vertical Mill Operators (Haas) — $24–30 hourly (1st shift)
Set up and run 4 / 5-axis vertical or horizontal mills (Haas environment).Manage 2–3 machines per shift while maintaining throughput and quality.Interpret blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions to determine tooling, setups, tolerances, and operations.Load programs via control media / file server and perform minor edits as needed.Conduct in-process inspections using precision metrology tools.CNC Horizontal Mill Operators — $24–32 hourly (with shift differential) (2nd shift)
Operate horizontal CNC mills to manufacture aerospace components to spec.Stage, load, and unload materials; monitor cycles and make basic offsets / adjustments.Inspect parts with precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance.Maintain a safe, orderly workspace and adhere to procedures.Assembler (Soldering) — $19–21 hourly (1st shift)
Review travelers, drawings, and work instructions to plan builds.Clean, insulate, and wind bobbins to specification; assemble and coat solenoid units.Perform electrical tests (case resistance, dielectric) and document results.Strip wire; measure coil resistance; solder lead wires and connectors.Lockwire, stamp, and prepare completed units; uphold 5S and all safety rules.Read blueprints and work orders and apply basic shop math; use hand tools confidently; perform basic soldering.Who thrives here
