Oxford Solutions is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Analyst to support a global Workday implementation project focused on integrating India-based employees into the annual merit cycle.
In this role, you’ll configure and optimize Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules, ensuring compliance with India-specific compensation structures and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Configure Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules for India-based employees
- Set up India-specific compensation plans, including salary, bonus, and allowance structures
- Enable and test functionality to bring the India population into the global merit cycle
- Partner with HR and global Workday teams to ensure process alignment and data integrity
- Perform hands-on configuration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting
- Develop functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials
Qualifications
3+ years of experience configuring and supporting Workday Compensation and Advanced CompensationDeep understanding of merit, bonus, and allowance plan configurationFamiliarity with India payroll and compensation practicesProven ability to translate HR and Compensation requirements into scalable Workday solutionsStrong experience with testing, validation, and merit cycle executionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications
