Job Title : Senior Litigation Support Analyst

Location : Indianapolis, IN

Type : Full-time, On-site / Hybrid

Job Overview

Seeking a tech-savvy Senior Litigation Support Analyst to manage eDiscovery projects, ensure data integrity, and support litigation teams using advanced legal technology tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead eDiscovery workflows : data collection, processing, review, and production.
  • Administer cloud-based litigation support platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, Disco, etc.).
  • Perform QC on datasets and productions; troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Document processes and implement best practices.
  • Train staff on technology tools and support trial technology setup.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years in litigation support / eDiscovery in law firms or legal services.
  • Proficiency with eDiscovery software and EDRM knowledge.
  • Scripting / automation experience (SQL, Python, PowerShell) a plus.
  • Certifications (CEDS, ACEDS, RCA) preferred.
