IDEXX is looking for an organized and professional Administrative Associate to join our team in Roswell, GA. You will provide administrative support in the form of complex calendar management, preparing presentations, office supply ordering, planning on and offsite meetings, making travel arrangements and managing expense reports. You will be a thought partner in the onsite employee experience.

What you will be doing :

Provide administrative support to the Operations Director with calendar management, expense reporting and travel arrangements. Assisting with presentation and written communication creation, preparation / management of data spreadsheets, and expense reports will also be some of the tasks you will focus on.

Be responsible for logistics and catering for meetings, preparing meeting agendas, determining and shifting priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts, reserving conference rooms and technical set up.

What do you need to succeed?

• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative or office experience in a corporate environment.
• To be successful in this role you will need to be a master multi-tasker with the ability to shift priorities easily & often.
• Excellent customer service skills are imperative, starting with a can-do attitude with a focus on being positive, proactive, and providing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and you will have the ability to interface effectively with individuals from multiple departments at multiple levels.
• Technical skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office platform, as well as confidence in troubleshooting video conferencing or meeting room audio visual challenges, are strongly encouraged.

Location : This position will be onsite 5 days a week based out of our Roswell, GA location.
