We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves overseeing facility operations, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the transition of office spaces to warehouse facilities. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with tasks ranging from logistics coordination to procurement and risk management.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the decommissioning of office spaces and assist with setting up new warehouse facilities.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of facility-related tasks.
- Support procurement processes by sourcing vendors and managing service agreements.
- Conduct site inspections, assessments, and audits to maintain compliance and safety standards.
- Monitor performance metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage purchase orders and assist with financial reporting, including monthly accruals and budget tracking.
- Implement and monitor disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, landlords, and managing agents.
- Ensure the premises are consistently maintained in good condition.
- Assist with the integration of property risk management programs and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in logistics, procurement, or facilities management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a confident and adaptable attitude.
- Clean driving record required.
- Familiarity with financial processes, reporting, and auditing.
