LA28 is the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The 2028 Games mark the return of the Summer Games to the U.S. for the first time in 32 years and Los Angeles' third time hosting an Olympic Games and first time welcoming the Paralympic Games. Manager, People Operations :
The Manager, People Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's people systems, data, and processes operate with accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. As the primary Workday HCM system owner, this role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, optimizing workflows, and ensuring all integrations function effectively across the employee lifecycle.
Working closely with our Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners, the Manager proactively identifies and implements system updates, enhancements, and process improvements. This individual serves as the key point of coordination for Workday-related issues and enhancementspartnering with internal teams, vendors, and technical experts to seek out solutions, improve functionality, and scale the organization's People infrastructure.
This role reports to the Head of People Operations.

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000-$115,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.
