Key Responsibilities
Lead all paid search efforts, including strategy, execution, and optimization across various platforms
Develop and implement testing roadmaps to enhance ad performance and conversion rates
Mentor and develop junior team members while collaborating cross-functionally with various departments
Required Qualifications
6+ years of hands-on Paid Search / SEM experience with a proven track record
Experience managing high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics
Ability to work across large data sets and derive actionable insights
Experience in DTC or subscription-based acquisition is a plus
