Overview Job Title : UX Designer – Adobe Experience & Financial Services

Location : Tysons, VA (Hybrid)

Job Summary We’re seeking a UX Designer to join our Digital Experience team. This role will be instrumental in designing and developing intuitive, secure, and accessible user interfaces for both members and internal stakeholders. You’ll leverage the Adobe Creative Suite and Experience Cloud to create seamless digital journeys across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency, compliance, and innovation in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Prototyping : Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Adobe XD and Figma

Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to translate user needs into elegant solutions

Integrate designs with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for scalable content delivery

User Research & Testing : Conduct usability testing and analyze user behavior with Adobe Analytics

Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics

Accessibility & Compliance : Ensure all digital products meet WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 standards

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to align with financial regulations

Design System Maintenance : Contribute to and maintain the organization’s design system using Adobe tools and reusable components

Document UI patterns and best practices for cross-functional teams

Tools & Technologies

Design & Prototyping : Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator

CMS & Delivery : Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field

3+ years of experience in UX / UI development, preferably in financial services

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Experience Cloud

Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and secure UX principles

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
