Mentorship & Innovation : Utilize AI-driven testing tools for automated test case generation, visual regression analysis, and predictive bug identification to increase efficiency and coverage. Actively research and bring new methods and technologies to the team, staying ahead of industry trends. Expert-level knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks. Advanced coding skills with extensive experience in creating and maintaining test automation suites. Proven experience with a variety of modern testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium. Practical experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipeline integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Demonstrated experience using AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Testim, Applitools) to streamline testing efforts. Strong understanding of API testing and experience with tools like Postman or Insomnia. Ability to develop comprehensive testing methodologies for a wide range of software products. Communication & Collaboration : You are an exceptional communicator, capable of translating complex technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
