Now Hiring : Staff Pharmacist (Direct Hire Full-Time)

Location : Southgate, KY 41071

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Shift Options : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM

8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM

9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Evening shift (11 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM) required just once per week

Position Summary

Your Day-to-Day Will Include :

Accurately verifying and dispensing prescription medications

Providing medication-related guidance and support to patients as needed

Ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations

Managing documentation and maintaining proper records for controlled substances

Communicating with prescribers to resolve prescription issues quickly and professionally

What Were Looking For :

Current, unrestricted Kentucky pharmacist license

Minimum of one year of professional pharmacy experience

Strong attention to detail, time management, and team collaboration

Prior experience in non-retail or mail-order pharmacy settings is a plus (not required)

Compensation and Benefits Package :

Annual Salary : $125,000 $135,000 (based on experience)

PTO : 120 hours annually

Sick Leave : 24 hours annually

Paid Holidays : 6 per year (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Medical Coverage : PPO or HDHP through Allied / Cigna 70% of employee premium covered
