Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle management process, ensuring alignment with company goals

Develop and implement RCM workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy

Oversee the integration of health system partners into RCM processes, ensuring accurate billing and collections

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Proven track record of driving operational efficiency in a high-growth, multi-million-dollar business

Strong understanding of healthcare financials and insurance reimbursement models

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred

Certifications in Healthcare Financial Management or Certified Revenue Cycle Executive are a plus
