Vice President Of Business Resiliency & Risk

As the Vice President of Business Resiliency & Risk, you will lead the design and execution of the company's comprehensive enterprise business continuity management program, including advancing the strategic vision for the program, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners. As a member of the Enterprise Risk Management & Resiliency department's leadership team, you will also help drive our ongoing maturation of the enterprise risk management framework, aligning risk and resiliency.

Your proven leadership will drive the direction and build an effective collaborative environment for the program, ensuring the organization's business continuity management framework and related components align with regulatory requirements, industry-standard methodologies, and the ERM framework.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead and define the business continuity management program and advise appropriate committees and senior leaders on the organization's resiliency efforts.
• Lead the enterprise crisis management program, including by leading the execution of enterprise crisis management plans in coordination with domain-specific leaders (including Technology, Cybersecurity, Workplace / People, Communications, Law), maintaining enterprise policies, and coordinating crisis management exercises with relevant teams and establishing effective cross-functional relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the technology organization, including disaster recovery and cyber security teams to ensure risks are identified and considered in the development and execution of strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide risk-based framework to identify, assess and mitigate a broad range of threats before they disrupt business operations.
• Guide development of and facilitate adherence to the organization's business continuity and resilience risk appetite and tolerances.
• Establish KRIs and implement effective monitoring of performance relative to goals and reporting to senior management and the Board, including plans to address gaps.
• Guide enterprise understanding of the relationship between risk and resilience and support the ongoing maturation of the ERM framework, including by coordinating with enterprise risk partners.
• Integrate and maintain strong collaboration, partnership, and influence with Technology / Disaster Recovery, Safety & Security, Information & Cyber Security, Privacy, HR, Law, Facilities Management, and other enterprise partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborate with regulators regarding the resiliency programs.

Compensation Range : Pay Range - Start : $149,380.00 Pay Range - End : $277,420.00 Geographic Specific Pay Structure : 230 - Structure 110 : 164,290.00 USD - 305,110.00 USD 230 - Structure 115 : 171,780.00 USD - 319,020.00 USD
