Leadership Role
Reporting to the Sr. VP / GM for the Industrial Components Division, part of the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment, this role is a senior leader with P&L accountability for the Bearings unit of the division. This role will drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability through strategic planning, commercial and operational excellence, working capital management, and talent development. This position leads cross-functional teams across geographies and is responsible for delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions aligned with Regal Rexnord's 80 / 20 growth framework and business system.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute long- and short-term strategies to achieve market outgrowth.
- Lead various strategic & policy deployment initiatives and product innovation roadmaps based on voice of the customer.
Commercial Excellence and Growth
Lead global sales and marketing efforts to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones, driving market share growth.Build and maintain strong customer relationships across strategic verticals.Manage complex product portfolios, channel strategies, and pricing strategies.Drive product line simplification, brand simplification, brand value proposition and positioning strategiesP&L and Operational Management
Deliver revenue and profit results in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).Oversee and lead operations and supply chain leadership of 4 major manufacturing and distribution sites in US / Mexico / Europe.Oversee resource allocation, financial forecasting, and operational footprint optimization.Drive product line simplification and operational excellence using RBS, Continuous Improvement, Lean and Six Sigma principles.Talent Development

Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferredMinimum of 10 years of business leadership experience that includes leading a P&L over 200M+, as well as operations, supply chain, engineering, commercial and product management experiencesBearings brand and product experience preferredDemonstrated history of leading profitable growthExtensive experience in managing and delivering revenue plans, business development and sales initiativesStrong cross-functional influencing skills working geographies and segmentsExperience developing and executing Strategic Commercial Business PlansStrong commercial experience and backgroundDemonstrated ability in making quality and timely decisionsAbility to deal with ambiguityDemonstrated ability to motivate othersAbility to effectively set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
