Production Supervisor Assistant- $55,000-70,000 / Year (Depending on experience)- Wyoming, MN

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for a Production Supervisor Assistant opening in Wyoming, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who are driven, safety-conscious, and passionate about leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay : $55,000-$70,000 a year- Depending on experience
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM
  • Pay Frequency : Weekly
  • Employment Type : Evaluation-to-Hire
  • Location : Wyoming, MN

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Communicate production goals and provide motivation and guidance to team members
  • Coordinate staffing levels and downtime for preventative maintenance
  • Monitor team performance, scrap rates, and compliance with safety protocols
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, cleanliness, and accountability

    • Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of safety and quality control standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Background screen-not required
  • Drug Screen-not required
