Key Responsibilities
Support internal processes and reporting related to employee check-ins, exit interviews, and turnover
Coordinate the planning and execution of engagement surveys and analyze results to track progress on initiatives
Provide support throughout the performance review process and collaborate on performance management improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Experience in business, human resources, or data analytics
Ability to develop dashboards and reports for monitoring trends
Experience with engagement survey platforms and tools
Familiarity with performance management processes and compliance standards
