Job Description
Professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. The role is responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business via customer retention and growth. It partners with the GM to manage Team Members and requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts. The role involves sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, second sources, etc., and directing drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This is a full-time position.

Essential Job Skills
Prior Experience
Minimum of 3 years automotive parts experience preferred, with proven sales ability and team leadership experience.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
ASE Certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Must be able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Must have good vision and physical ability to perform job duties.
Work Environment
Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise may occur.
Position is eligible for sales commission based on performance.
Compensation Range
$19.95 - $21.95 per hour
