Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to lead the design, development, deployment, and implementation of solutions across the full PeopleSoft lifecycle. This role requires hands-on expertise in translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and execute all technical phases of the PeopleSoft implementation, from initial design to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Develop and deliver technical solutions addressing business challenges, ensuring alignment with process and technology requirements.
• Perform PeopleTools development activities, leveraging strong system design capabilities to enhance functionality.
• Collaborate with Requirements Analysts to fully understand user stories and contribute to the delivery of product features and capabilities in each sprint cycle.
• Assess the potential impact of vendor upgrades and software updates on existing systems, providing technical recommendations.
• Partner with the Product Owner and Requirements Analyst to propose creative solutions that minimize system customizations while meeting user needs.
• Support production operations by analyzing complex issues and developing, testing, and deploying corrective solutions.
• Create detailed test plans, including test scenarios and test cases, to validate solution integrity.
• Perform critical data corrections when necessary to resolve production issues.
