You will work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in various stages of health and preventative care.\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care and evaluate outcomes.\n
• Function as a charge nurse, delegating tasks responsibly while supporting your team to maintain a high standard of care.\n
• Educate residents and families about health maintenance and care plans.\n
• Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and uphold the Scope and Standards of Practice.\n\nQualifications\n
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.\n
• Holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of nursing practice; multistate licensure is beneficial if applicable.\n
