OVERVIEW :

Lift operators operate an assigned chairlift in accordance with standard procedures and written or verbal instructions to provide safe and quality uphill transport for guests and employees. He / She shall uphold an excellent, positive, and caring professional image and continually strive to exceed our guests expectations.

What Youll Do :

• Greet guests with a smile and assist them in safely loading / unloading chairlifts and carpet lifts
• Educate guests on lift safety and proper procedures
• Maintain snow and staging areas around lifts (shoveling, raking, etc.)
• Perform daily lift inspections and complete logs
• Retrieve equipment and assist other departments as needed
• Help train new team members and support a positive work culture
