Schedule : Monday – Thursday; 3 : 00 PM – 1 : 30 AM

Occasional Overtime on Fridays

This role will need to train on first shift : 5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM prior to migrating to second shift.

Position Overview :

Canton Drop Forge, a leading producer of large, closed die forgings in Canton, Ohio, is seeking a 2nd Shift Bilingual Production Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Document incentive-based work records for production teams.
• Coordinate departmental attendance reports and work records between supervision and payroll.
• Update and maintain various production-related documents, using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Prepare pre-shift documents for union employees as applicable.
• Assist in the coordination of shop scheduling, staging, and equipment coordination.
• Provide general administrative support to the production department.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all activities.
• Perform verbal and written English and Spanish translations as it relates to the workforce.
• Assist in training activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements :
