Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist role :

High-volume data entry

Ensure vendors get paid for services and products rendered

Process due invoices for payments

Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors

Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records and reports

Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist :

High degree of accuracy and detail

Solid data entry skills and accounting experience

Process improvement mindset and experience

Professionalism and customer service attitude

$48,000 - $50,000
