job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDirect and manage all onsite project activities in a structured manner to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards Monitor daily / weekly project requirements, document progress updates, and communicate with project managers Procure materials and coordinate delivery schedules Direct labor and material resources onsite while coordinating all required inspections and compliance activities Supervise daily field operations to maintain proper site safety, construction progress, and quality standards Maintain organized, clean work environments Conduct thorough inspections Direct multiple crews across multiple projects simultaneously Ensure complete execution of punch list items Evaluate subcontractor performance against established timelines and quality benchmarks to guarantee on-schedule completion and superior workmanship Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols on all construction sites to prevent accidents and delays, promptly reporting any issues to the project manager Verify each project delivers a premium end product through daily onsite assessments and construction staff oversight Contract with subcontractors and confirm all necessary permits are secured Document daily project progress and home repair updates for both the project manager and homeowner Minimum 18 months of experience in construction, restoration, or renovation work; 3+ years strongly preferred Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project reports Willingness to participate in rotational after-hours on-call schedule Experience with Xactimate software (highly valued) Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities Self-motivated with proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments Physical capability to lift at least 40 lbs and operate heavy equipment Comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry and building processes, including building codes, permits, construction equipment, material sourcing, project management principles, and construction methodologies High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
