Overview

The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. The Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing Security Officers clear guidance and leadership. Responsibilities

• Lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts; observe and report activities and incidents; preserve order and enforce regulations as needed.
• Provide clear guidance and leadership to Security Officers to maintain security and safety of client sites.
• Serve as part of the on-site security management team and, when the Site Operations Manager and Assistant Site Operations Manager are unavailable, serve as interim Site Operations Manager.
• Receive, create and ship all badge requests in the Texas / East Coast region and assist in the process globally; interact with client employees at all levels, up to and including the executive team and the board of directors.
