About the Role
As the Account Coordinator for Act+Acre, you will be responsible for driving retail sales and building brand awareness across Sephora.. You will lead a team of freelance Market Trainers, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. In this role, you will focus on managing in-store execution, developing retail relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation. Your ability to optimize sales strategies, leverage in-store events, and provide insightful feedback will be key to scaling the Act+Acre brand and achieving sales growth in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve retail sales targets and enhance brand positioning within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners to drive business opportunities - in key retailers.
- Oversee in-store visits , ensuring consistent Act+Acre brand standards and retail support.
- Effectively manage freelance budgets to meet ROI and sales goals.
- Coach and develop Market Trainers to achieve sales goals and represent the brand in the best light.
- Create monthly store visit schedules , prioritizing opportunity and top-performing locations.
- Leverage in-store events and promotions to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Stay knowledgeable about products to serve as an educational resource for both consumers and retail staff.
- Ensure consistent brand image and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Proactively communicate with Act+Acre management , providing insights and feedback on retail performance and opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business health and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement data-driven strategies and initiatives to optimize sales performance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
2+ years as a Beauty / Haircare Account Coordinator or equivalent.Experience working with retailers such as SephoraStrong time management skills and self-motivation to meet deadlines and goals.Demonstrated ability to drive results , even under challenging conditions.Excellent communication skills , with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.Growth mindset and adaptability , able to embrace and drive change.Customer-focused , dedicated to building strong relationships and delivering results.Collaborative team player , working effectively with others to achieve shared goals.Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Slides).Flexibility with schedule , including ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.Valid driver's license and ability to be in store or travel 80% of the time.
