Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations including GL management, AP / AR, payroll, and fixed assets.

Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.

Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses in coordination with department leaders.

Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and covenant reporting.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.

Implement internal controls, accounting policies, and process enhancements to support growth and efficiency.

Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff to ensure a high-performing finance function.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Proficiency with Excel and mid-sized ERP / accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar).
