Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician to maintain and repair refrigerated diesel box trucks. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Thermo King and Carrier transport refrigeration units to ensure consistent temperature control and compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on transport refrigeration (reefer) units.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diesel system issues.
- Maintain proper performance and temperature control for perishable goods transport.
- Document service, parts usage, and repair activity in compliance with company procedures.
- Support fleet and operations teams by scheduling maintenance and responding to urgent repairs.
