We are seeking an experienced Intake Director to oversee and optimize our intake department, ensuring every potential client receives compassionate, efficient, and professional service.
Position Overview :
The Intake Director will lead and manage the firms intake operations, supervising a team of intake specialists, and developing strategies to maximize conversion rates from initial inquiry to signed client. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, process management, and client-focused communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and motivated to improve systems and results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the intake team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure all potential clients receive prompt, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Develop and implement best practices, scripts, and workflows to improve efficiency and client conversion.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (calls, leads, conversion rates) and provide regular reports to firm leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and case management teams to align strategies and improve lead quality and follow-through.
- Handle escalated intake matters and ensure compliance with all ethical and professional standards.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve client experience and streamline intake processes.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a personal injury law firm or related legal environment required.Minimum 35 years of intake, client services, or sales management experience.Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to coach and develop staff.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with case management software, CRM systems, and reporting tools.Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Spanish-Speaking is a plus!Compensation & Benefits :
