Personal Injury Case Manager

Our client, a successful north Atlanta plaintiff law firm, is seeking a Case Manager for a direct-hire, permanent position. This individual will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities will include :

Performing case research and working with attorneys to determine legal course of action

• Serving as point of contact for clients and keeping them updated about case status and ensuring that they are getting the medical treatment needed
• Reviewing medical records and police reports
• Identifying and interviewing witnesses
• Managing calendar including meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials
• Drafting pleadings and preparing cases for mediation, arbitration and trials
• Communicating with insurance carriers and health care providers and opposing counsel
• Monitoring case status and keeping attorneys and clients up to date and aware of approaching deadlines
• Preparing and negotiating client settlements

We are seeking an individual who is compassionate and able to work closely with clients. Successful candidates will be professional, efficient, organized and motivated with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. At least two years of experience as a Law Firm Case Manager, Claim Adjuster, or in another customer / client facing role.
