Position Overview : The Negotiator plays a critical role in settling claims by negotiating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and other involved parties. This individual will work closely with case managers and legal staff to ensure that settlements are fair and in the best interests of our clients. The Negotiator must be skilled in managing claims, resolving disputes, and working within the guidelines of applicable laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage in negotiations with insurance companies, providers, and other involved parties to reach favorable settlements on behalf of clients.
• Review case files and settlement demands, preparing and presenting offers to insurance companies.
• Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and medical providers to advocate for optimal settlements.
• Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and other legal staff to gather necessary documentation and evidence to support settlement demands.
• Maintain accurate records of settlement negotiations and outcomes, updating case management systems as required.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on the status of negotiations.
• Assist in resolving disputes regarding medical liens, subrogation claims, and other financial obligations impacting settlements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
