Design Engineer

A company is looking for a Design Engineer to bridge Product Design and Frontend Engineering, creating high-fidelity experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers on real-time collaboration features and translate user needs into interactive prototypes

Evolve the design system and partner with engineers to implement designs at scale

Ensure features meet accessibility and performance standards, participating in QA and post-release audits

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in design and prototyping with real user impact

Ability to own a problem from initial concept to shipped UI

Experience with data-dense, interactive UIs and understanding of APIs and data flows

Eligible for and able to obtain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)

Experience in high-trust environments is a plus
