Estimator – New York City

We’re working with a respected general contractor in New York City known for delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and institutional projects. The company is looking to add an experienced Estimator to its pre-construction team — someone who thrives on the front end of the project cycle and values precision, teamwork, and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed cost estimates throughout all design phases.
• Review drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate takeoffs and cost breakdowns.
• Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Collaborate with project managers and company leadership during bid evaluations.
• Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.
