We're seeking a highly skilled Assistant Controller to support the Global Controller in managing and scaling the core accounting function of a dynamic, publicly traded organization. This is a key leadership role with visibility across global operations and a strong emphasis on technical precision, team leadership, and continuous improvement.

Ideal Experience :

You've built a strong foundation in public accounting (Big 4 or Top 10 preferred) and have successfully transitioned into the controllership function within a publicly traded company. You lead with confidence, navigate complex accounting environments with ease, and have experience managing a team of all levels of accounting professionals in high-growth settings.

In This Role, You Will :

• Lead the global monthly close and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Supervise general ledger, AR / AP, fixed assets, payroll, and T&E processes
• Strengthen internal controls and support SOX readiness and compliance
• Oversee technical accounting research and support position papers
• Collaborate with senior leadership and external auditors
• Drive process improvements and system automation initiatives
• Cultivate a high-performing team and a culture of accountability
