Position Summary :

The Account Manager / Territory Sales Rep is responsible for developing sales territory by prospecting new accounts, developing a new customer base, and customer retention. This position is responsible for growth through the greater areas of New Milford, and Danbury.

Your Role :

  • Prospect new customers and develop new accounts.
  • Maintain existing accounts and relationships.
  • Develop and implement sound selling strategies.
  • Strategizing and executing long-term, group marketing projects.
  • Coordinating recycling service and transportation logistics
  • Drafting contractual documents for ongoing service.
  • Acting as an expert in waste markets and service equipment.
  • Building and managing relationships with clients.
  • Expanding our client base.
  • Expedite the resolution of customers' problems and complaints with maximum satisfaction.
  • Maintains reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.

  • Desired Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 5 years' experience in outside sales
  • Demonstrated clerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must have a current driver's license and own vehicle.
